Well I've gotta be honest. I've been driving Westies for 25 yrs all over the US and Canada and the worst thing that's happened to me is an RCMP officer gave me the peace sign. :-) I haven't experienced ANY of this stuff, but then perhaps it's my white, cleancut, 56 yr. old school teacher charm that has got me by. I must have some kind of dumbass look on my face or perpetual smile, because everyone that sees me in a supermarket or shop seems to give me a smile. I wonder about that. Is it "he's a pleasant looking guy" or is it "poor special needs guy, better smile at him to make him feel accepted" :-) I don't know, but I'm not complaining.
