Vanners, and potential vanners,

The planning and preparation for the 2011 edition of bURNINGvAN is well under way. Frenzied excitement fills the land. Much fainting. Buzz of constant conversation. Will it really happen?

YES ... Rain, sleet, snow, dust storms, tsunami, blizzards, tornadoes, hurricanes, we've had them all and we have persevered! A triumph of the human spirit.

The is the year:

BenT has promised on his Rolex that he will show up. On time [an easy task as there isn't really much of a time] AND IN A VOLKSWAGEN VAN - of some sort.

These would all be firsts. Be there to witness these epic events. Buy the commemorative DVD, as evidence if nothing else.

Tim from San Jose may show up if he can get a tow truck to transport his van. I understand he plans to abandon it there, right at Ocean Beach. How romantic can you get?

RSVP if you'd like.

Mike
