... two things. One is a dedicated Westy/Vanagon rucksack with an extension that attaches to the back of the passenger seat - basically, a piece of finished cloth with two big grommets that you put the headrest through. Instead of or in addition to the hanging strap, there will be a mechanism -- a zipper or something -- that attaches the rucksack. This puts everything in the rucksack in a dedicated place, and you release to go for a hike or whatever. If I were doing this for a business I would dig up enough seat material to make the pocket flaps match the seat.

The other thing is a tool organizer that hangs on the back of the Westy closet, with a pocket for each tool, and a zippered cover to keep it covered lest prying eyes see it.
