>>>All vehicles for sale have one thing in common. Their current owners no longer want them. Your mission is to find out why. Resellers are there to profit from the transaction from past owner to new owner. Some add value, many don't. Most hide why it was for sale to begin with.

Has some kind of history report such as Car Fax been mentioned?

A bit pricey, but considering the purchase I usually get one. It's a good way to find structural damage from the past!

I found one that was totalled and had a salvage title. But, according to the owner, it was because of a theft. I still took a chance and bought it, and the bus worked out well for me in the long run. But a salvage title is like a ball & chain when it comes to resale!

Obviously, Best to stay away from. But,,, it may get you a nice Van at Fire Sale Prices !!!

And as it has already been mentioned, You have to have 5 to 10K to bring these critters up to par!

Oh yeah, & AAA to get you home at times ! heh... heh... ;o)

As always Mr. Phelps, YMMV !! :o)
