Of all the ones pictured, I like #17, the Tiger XL the best. I saw one of these a couple of years ago at the Grand Canyon. Chevy Astros/GMC Safaris are bullet proof. 4.3 V6 runs forever and makes good power. I bought a 1996 Safari AWD a couple of years ago as a replacement for an '84 Westy. There is even a company they puts pop top roofs on them. I planned to transplant a Westy interior into it. However, they are not nearly as big as a Vanagon, and the interior idea would not have worked. As much as I like the Astro/Safari, here i am again in an '85 Westy!
