On a recent trip to the favorite local junkyard I found one of the raised-roof 4WD Toyota vans just beginning to be picked over.  Seems a shame in that there was no body damage or rust and it was still complete enough to appear salvageable.  Gotta wonder at all the missed opportunities for vehicles like this.   Stephen
