I actually created a westy-style interior in a Saab 900 when my ex said that I could get a VW only "over her dead body." She later relented, but in the meantime I put a cabinet, sink, stove, storage, fold-down bed, table, aux battery, etc. in a 900.

It was too small to be any fun, even with the front passenger seat removed. But it was an interesting project.

The problem with the Toppola, which I found at the time, is that you cannot sit down in it. You can sleep, and you can cook and eat standing up.
