I have an expert that can help you there. She's 2. I had a rubber mallet out for something I was trying to get loose when dropping the 1.9 in my 85, and she came out, found that, and started banging enthusiastically on the bumper.

I had to redirect her when she started trying the same thing on the 2011 Odyssey, though.

That does bring up an interesting idea, though. There was a guy in Make magazine (or maybe just on the blog?) who did a write-up on how to make your care look like a business' car so you could park in loading zones with your lights flashing and not get a ticket because it looked like it was supposed to be there.

How hard would it be to make a car look rusty, scratched, and just generally in bad condition (without actually damaging it, I mean) in order to discourage thievery?
