That could very well be what happened. Suspicious, though, because I checked all the outer bolts and the right side inner bolts, and only found ONE that was undertorqued.

Yeah, just got the package from Van-Cafe today with the same triple-square "Porsche type" bolts on my other van that are as tight as the day I installed 'em. Whatever's in there now are coming out.... and the 6 best looking are going in a bag under the seat, because I always lock the barn door very well after the horse gets out.
