Definitely not stock.  They looks like ones I've see at Pepboys, Checkers, Walmart.  I got a set from Gowesty, similar lower quality-but fine, and they imitate the alloy wheel look.   They are cheap enough you can just get a set of new ones.  They don't sell them individually.
