Eurocampers.com used to carry that dash console. I can't check from my phone. Their site keeps dumping me to a secure shopping cart (are you listening steve?).

Anyway, it looks like TheSamba van Seller has added a front panel and upholstered the piece. Looks custom built out of the desk model console. It should be noted that those consoles are designed to fit the steel dash like the early Vanagons and the 90-91 Vanagon L models (non-GL).
