Congratulations on getting light on the subject, Mark. So far as the function of the levers, that is described fairly well in the owner's book. Though the control system is unnecessarily complex compared to most heat and ventilation control systems on most vehicles, it actually works well (if all parts are in working order -- heater valve that admits/excludes coolant to/from the heater core and its wire for example). mcneely

p.s. Didn't know you guys in San Diego needed either heat or air conditioning, given that you have the greatest heat sink/source on earth right at hand in the Pacific Ocean and its currents, coupled with the handy desert.
