Aaron, if there is a connection, it can leak ; -) . Sure, the sender can leak. The cooler does commonly, or more properly speaking, the 0-ring does. If you've cleaned everything up well, then running it a bit should reveal the source. Just look for drips on the culprit. You knew that, of course. If the sender itself is leaking, that would just be a matter of replacement. If leaking from the connection to the case, ............... . Not so simple. mcneely
