I know a number of people who use these in boats and campers, and all of them on the market seem to work great and last a long time. I have used mine for about 10 years and it operates like new.

If you are using in a westy, consider that there are two sizes, basically. If it's important to you and there are no other considerations (if you use it occasionally, are traveling and can empty it when you need to, don't have a bunch of folks traveling with you, etc.) get the smaller one that fits out of the way under the extended part of the bed at night. It's nice to have the extra room in the floor.
