lol.
very cute/sweet.
well...if mismatched plaids would keep a person or a female person or any
person ....from going camping ..
ahem ...I think that needs some re-examination let's say.
Like ...worry about something important..
like how tight the CV joint screws are , or when was the last time the
clutch hydraulic fluid was changed..or how safe are the tires etc !!
sounds anal-compulsive to me. Like worry about stuff that really matters !
"Oh no ! I'm sure she's going to notice that intsey bit of misalignment off
the upholstery and think I'm a total looser ! "
.........we don't want people like in our lives anyway ..life is too
short. Worry about something that really matters.......and I won't mention
the endless human mayhem that covers.
like 'you're kidding, right ?!! ' ..
flippin' out over mismatched details of upholstery ???
ok ok..people like that should have flawless upholstery ..
but they can let their CV's be bone dry, their trans oil with 80K miles on
it ..
the compression ragged and a shot exhaust system ..but the 'visuals' are
good.
silly silly.
'pride' ..strange concept.
there is huge freedom ...........and it probably gets better with more years
on the planet ..
of not worrying about what others think too much. Man what a relief !
but particularly ...being confident in what your standards are and that they
are adequate..
as long as they don't endanger anyone else. ...or run your vanagon into the
ground so the next owner gets something needlessly neglected. They are
precious and irreplaceable after all.
