Don"t change the way you are at all, Scott. Just say something dopey
like, "right, you're the guy who wanted the gold wiring in your diesel
Syncro. I priced it, but it's even worse than I said it would be."
Then it's in their hands to say, "no I'm the guy who ..."
And don't let this bother you. It's a minor problem in what is
otherwise great customer relations!
