Dave, There is no toilet, be it a pit toilet, a composting toilet, a portable chemical toilet, a vault toilet, or a flush toilet, that will accept a plastic bag without probable negative consequences, and there is no rubbish removal/disposal system in general use that is meant to safely accommodate untreated human waste, so if that's a plastic bag filled with human waste you're talking about, how exactly do you dispose of it?
