I bought a bottle of lamp black at Home Depot a couple years ago for a non-vanagon related project; it was recommended as an epoxy additive to achieve blackness. IIRC, it was a quart bottle for around $12 - I still have about 31 oz.

For a black plastic repair using epoxy (as outlined in another of my posts) you use the graphite additive in your epoxy mix...that makes a black blob to put the screw/bolt into...Graphite for black..Micro balloons for brown (it is a bit on the reddish shade, but close enough) White would be Cabosil added...or you can buy pigments to match other colors.
