Yes (to all of 'em). You may have forgotten "volksybus" as well. I think the difference used to be self-evident, when I was a kid growing up in the back of my Dad's T2 we only had to say "It's a Volkswagen ..." for anyone to understand what we were talking about. What is the generic label? I've heard our vehicles called...... Van Bus Camper Truck Rig Kombi Bulli The original SUV Others? Every sedan I see is clearly a sedan Every pickup truck I see is clearly a pickup truck. Every SUV I see is clearly an SUV (well... many are really station wagons, but the marketing guys won't admit it). Every 2 seater sports car I see is clearly a sports car (well... some are actually GT cars, just don't want to admit it). So what are we? The ultimate utility vehicle, can do anything, adapts to any mission, a chameleon. Are we in a class by ourselves? What is our category and label? Roland |
