If it is in good shape $12,000 US is a fair price. I have a 1940 Hudson as a daily driver. It would be difficult for this to be a daily driver. My Hudson takes about three hours of maintenance every week to keep it on the road, this car would take more. If you see your labor as a cost or hobby may determine if it is a fair trade.
