That's one of the few additives I believe in because it actually works. The product breaks down the surface tension of the water, allowing better contact with your cylinder walls and radiator galleries. This increases heat transfer efficiency, not by much, but enough to measure.

Water Wetter will not solve a cooling issue but it will make a few degrees difference pulling hills.
