Michael, cats live outside all year in much colder climates than yours. But, for what it's worth, there are reasons not to leave them out other than their own individual welfare (which is in itself a considerable consideration). If you would like to know more, pmail me.

Warmed up overnight here (Edmond, Oklahoma, 12 miles N of OKC). Yesterday morning -7 F(seven below). Yesterday afternoon high, 18. This morning, 20. I shoveled all day Wednesday, cleaning up after the 15 inch blizzard. Now more snow is forecast for Sunday and again Tuesday. Did your forecast snow materialize? I was in S.A. for a conference for the 12" snow in the eighties. I see that it has been below freezing for a couple of days now on South Padre Island and in Brownsville. Not cold enough to kill citrus trees yet, though the crop may suffer up Valley, where it is even colder.
