One day we'll have an up-to-date set - maybe.  But the word that
encompasses everything really is courtesy, and really the biggest
issue Ben and I have faced is trying to work with what that means to
four generations of mostly Americans and Canadians.

Nobody here has ever in recorded history (Jim?  Am I wrong?) gone all
caps.  We can be unpleasant if we try, but it's not that kind, anyway.

Indeed one cannot have everything.  Everything comes in all shapes
and flavors, but you definitely can't have it.
