how about donate it to a vw junkyard rather than just toss it. there are many good parts in a used dented vanagon driver's door. - if you don't find a taker that is.

you get a window broken .. and you're real glad when you have a spare. and I had a stone fly off a weed wacker and break a driver's window on me .. kinda suprised, but it sure was nice to have a good used window. Window regulator too...all good stuff.
