In any case...

a) Thanks for asking, and consider it retroactively blessed.

b) Important and urgent are not necessarily the same thing, given the
number of Fridays between now and June.  I understand that this
distinction is easier to make if you're over fifty. ;-)

c) This sort of request, phrased as you did it without politicking
and requesting (correctly) pmail responses, is always appropriate on
a Friday.  A link would be ok, feel free to send another msg with it
if you like.  If the ride were two days from now and you just found
out, then it would be good to ask us, but I'm sure we'd say yes on any day.
