West Broad VW in Richmond VA is my local dealer. No service experience (yet) beyond state inspections, but they do offer early morning while-you-waits by appointment and have Saturday hours. Gary in the parts department is a Vanagon owner and is knowledgeable, helpful and understanding and he does Porsche restorations in his spare time. When our Westy got rear ended during the PO's tenure the damage was repaired by WBVW and you'd never suspect from looking at the van that it had ever had a bump. Repair and paint have held up for a decade.
