Wouldn't a plugged radiator be more likely to cause hot rather than cold running? Of course, this time of year, it might not get hot (in the conditions cited, freezing ambient temps), but the radiator cools when it functions properly, overheats when it doesn't. I think thermostat. I'm not an expert, and they make think differently. mcneely
