You're going to need about a 1" spacer just to get them to fit, not to
mention having the centres bored out to fit, drilling out the bolt holes to
fit, new lugs and studs front and rear and they aren't strong enough to
start with.

Its way cheaper to go to  Van Cafe and buy something in steel or alloy that
just fits... eg
