If you want to know the exact fastener, then you must use the parts catalog. ETKA/ETOS or the like. I got tired of fighting the ETKA/ETOS installation and now use http://www.vagcat.com. There you'll find the specs for every fastener in your bus. Every single one. Even the ones for the ambulance stretcher retaining latches that your bus doesn't have. <smile>

You have to register for access to the catalog.
