Here are some pics of what I am trying for aux lights. A temp setup to see how they work and reflect on the rear glass, so don't gawk at the cat 5 cable wiring I ran for now. Had a 3rd brake light already up top that works fine. The LED T/sig and brake/tail lights are for a trailer originally and just sitting on the rear shelf. I just tapped into the factory wiring at the stock lights. Bright to say the least but do reflect a bit, so I will try them closer to the window and see if that helps. Not horribly reflective, but definitely there and noticeable.

Coincidently. I just put a pair of LED Stop/Tail/T-sig lights on mine. For now, I Just set them on the rear camper shelf to see how the reflections did at night. Not horribly distracting, but needs the lights either closer to the glass of to kill the reflectivity on the rear lid just below the glass. The very top reflections didn't bother me much. A temporary setup till I figure out a better way, but they sure be bright...
