RE: Power Steering Leaks Near the Pump Before you get to involved try just tightening the claps at the pump. That's all it took to take care of a leak similar to what you describe in my '90. And if the screw on the clamp seems to be at the limit, give it a little more muscle. Mine required a good stiff turn before it moved. Had to tighten a little more a few weeks later but has been fine for a couple of years now. I hope your's is as easy to fix.
