Which ever way you do this, Zoltan's screw way, or GoWesty Kit way, Zoltan is right. A LiMBO member told me to check out mine after I switched from my 81 to water cooled (86) and I found one of mine, likely the hotter feed, having the ends coming out! One was so bad that when GoWesty saw the picture, they said it was too far gone for the heat it up and drive it back repair. I got a good used replacement pipe and installed the GoWesty kit as insurance. Two things that can fry your van quickly fuel lines (literally) and these big honking pipes! John |
