I have the Camp Chef and so far we like it. I haven't tried cornbread or any "real" baking yet but the season will be here very soon and I'll try to update the group.

Andrew

Ps. We also plan to use it as our emergency cooking apparatus for power outages and such. A.

For those that are wondering what the heck a 'Loren Oven' is it is in fact the Foxhill oven and yes, it was the winner in the 'bake off' that Larry Chase did with at least three stove top oven setups. The losers were the Colman (to big) and the Backpackers (mine was the test unit, instead of biscuits it produced perfect hockey pucks). That's when I ordered mine.

And as for the Camp Chef oven in the link provided check with you local Costco store. They had them last year and I saw them in the store again a couple of weeks ago at about $150. A very tempting looking setup but I dojn't know anyone using one with a Westy yet.
