Thank you - it's rewarding to know that our efforts are noticed!  Yes, we
have stepped up our shipping speed, and also switched to FedEx for most
deliveries, not just within PA but worldwide. I was able to negotiate a
pretty amazing discount with FedEx, particularly on Air and on International
shipping (including shipping to Canada, with brokerage fees already
included), so we can ship faster and cheaper.  (We continue to offer U.S.
Mail as well, both domestically and internationally, for those who prefer
it.)
