Great pictures...thanks for sharing.   As a former U.S. Navy patrol squadron air navigator (P-3C), I have a keen appreciation for this type of aircraft. BTW, what do you call all that white stuff on the ground and everywhere? Anthony (in sunny northeast Florida - 78F today)'89 Syncro GL (Hidalgo)

Got "behind the fence" for a few minutes yesterday and took some more pics of the PBY 5 Catalina (Canso) that is at our local airport. Talked briefly to the owner also.

The light was pretty flat and I didn't take much care with my point and shoot, but  here they are:
