Subject: White vanagon sighting in the great white north
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Having been up in the area of Timmins, Ontario for the last two months with a work truck and missing my dear Vanagon, I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw a white one pass me on hwy 655 yesterday morning (or possibly Thursday - the seven days on/seven days on/seven days on/etc. schedule tends to run days together in my mind).

It is mighty chilly (down to -25C / -13F last night) and horribly salty up here; is someone on the list braving the elements to drive what looked like a nice Westy up here at this time of year? It caught my eye late and I didn't see round or square headlights, but in my rear view I saw a ladder on the back of the van. If the driver is on the list and lives in the area, please get in touch as I plan on bringing mine up here as my home for the summer. It would be nice to have a vanabuddy up here in truck land.

Graham
