Or you could do the cheaper capacitor fix inside the AFM if you are comfortable with opening up the thing and doing a bit of soldering.

I had the same problem, did the capacitor fix but still had the problem. Turned out to be the ECU. The problem would go away for awhile, then come back. Finally replaced it when the problem progressed to the point that the thing wouldn't run at all, replaced it and it's been fine since.

If you have a good ECU around, from another running van or good spare, you might want to swap out and run for a bit. Or wait and see if it comes back, but that can be dicey. Mine once cut on on I-5 in downtown Seattle during a weekday rush hour. No fun.
