I think this subject has been beaten pretty hard in the past, but Mr. Bereil will confirm that most Bosch Digifant ECU's have serious cracks in the circuit boards and he was kind enough to tackle the task of re-soldering like 75 or more joints to improve its reliability. I would think that these flows cold certainly cause intermittent problems before they totally fail I'm comfortable with IT as a spare, should I ever convert back to Digifant FI.

Pull that cover off and grab a magnifying glass and you won't be quite so comfy with what's fueling and sparking your 2.1 WBX.

There was a list member in Il that used to redo these boxes, but haven't heard from him in a long time.
