I had a white 82 diesel vanagon once with a sunroof over the front seat
area.
There was a sticker in the driver's door from a company in Seattle that did
it.
It was very well done ..factory equivalent.
My guess price wise is $ 400ish.

fwiw...the factory full size sunroof in the middle of an 82 Diesel vanagon
was a 600 dollar option.
It's listed on the original side window price sticker of my near museum
quality 82 Sunroof DV with freshly rebuilt 1.6 diesel engine,  with a few
upgrades on the engine.  For sale, thse van is.

Hi all.  I am restoring my 87 Vanagon GL and I would love to put a sunroof
in her.  I was wondering there was such a thing as an aftermarket Vanagon
Sunroof?  If so, Has anyone ever seen or installed one?  Pics would be
awesome!!  I am repainting her white and was thinking about putting black
custom wheels on her [not the steelies] Anyone have any suggestions [pics]
for 15" black wheels that would fit without a lot of extra costs, like
