B.C. vehicles have to be "air-cared" as well if you live in the greater Vancouver area or Victoria area of this province. Pretty tight emissions standards too. Get ready for it. Schwarzenator, the governors of Oregon and Washington, and the BC premier Campbell all made the new "green corridor" a priority for this little part of paradise.
