there's a super nice repair .. called Rebuilt Front Calipers.. they often come with new pads too .. and are only around 70 bucks each .. well worth it.

especially considering that if your calipers are that rusted, the ( usually the outer ) pistons are likely sticky ...or close to being stuck and not very movable, which is bad, and is their usual failure mode. .

whatever you do, if you do drill..... as in drill out and re-tap ... don't drill down far enough to ruin the bleed valve seat ~!
