I made a metal bracket to mount my Crappy Tire inverter (similar to this one image): http://tinyurl.com/4goasoa behind the driver seat. My inverter is slightly rounded. If one chose to make/use a metal bracket, the newegg one Dennis points to should be easier to mount and less likely to shift when plugging/unplugging things. (though mine stays in place)

Mine has an air vent at end, so would suggest one be careful not to block any air vents if they use a bracket.
