The earlier models had a rear door handle inside, next to the rear seat, horizontally fitted, as David was telling. Sometimes it's missing and even the fitting, that's holding it, is taken off if yours is an earlier model. If you have a later model, after '86, you can install one if you can fins one of those fittings or make one. The handle is the same as the one in front. But I'm only repeating David's message.
