Hi Peter, I assume you're referring to the AC drier, rather than the evaporator--right? They should be readily available via any of the online vendors or your local dealer. They reside in the LR wheel-well. http://www.obsolyte.com/vanagon/VanagonProTraining/86Vanagon/051.jpg, The rest of the moisture can be removed by properly vacuuming the system, with an AC pump.
