Peter, I have no idea what the "best deal" is. FWIW, Discount Tire (another name on the west coast, google and you'll find it) will match whatever price you find (including an internet price) and will include mounting and balancing in that price. They will not charge shipping if they have to order the tires in. My only relation to them is as a satisfied customer. One caveat -- the first shop I used did a great job, taking time to properly mount and balance the tires, and to torque them to proper specs. I use a five tire rotation. They did that correctly. A new shop opened up closer to where I live, and I thought I'd try it. They had no idea had to do the five tire rotation, and argued that I should not include the spare in the rotation. When I insisted, the store manager finally found instructions for a five tire rotation in his shop book. Now I just go back to the first shop. So, one has to be diligent.
