Its not as daft an idea as it first sounds :)
10% (v/v) will give you a -4C freezing point depression, 20% (v/v) will give you a -9C depression. water tank capacity is 50 litres right? Damned thing is ethanol cost is mostly taxes. If you could get some tax free stuff... alistair
