black box is the circuitry that interprets the voltage/resistance values from the electrodes in the water tank and provides signal to leds on stove panel for water level. the 115 V ground is on side of van, low down on flange near floor. Its a silver coloured bolt clamp. I thought I had a pic, but can't find it. alistair
