That's what one of those "103 point inspections" gets you at most rip-off mechanics. If it doesn't involve a $100+ repair, they don't really check. And more times than not, they'll come up with multiple $100+ repairs which really aren't needed. OTOH, one could probably find a shop which would charge $25 per bulb, then they'd be at $125. Just another reason people should learn to do at least the simple stuff themselves. |
