hi.. well, yes .. I suppose , to be picky .. when it's in the upper altitudes.. it's called 'flight level 39' I believe .. is that correct ? In any case that would have to be ASL and not AGL.

oh I get it .. you are refering to eastbound is even #'s and west bound it's odd ..( or the other way around ) . that wasn't clear at first.
