Dom, if you want to do this you are going to need to run two filters, one before the pump and one after. You need the one before the pump because the inlet size on the pump is 12mm, while the outlet size for your older style tank is 7mm. The cube filter has these two different sizes one on each end so it is not only a filter but also a size adapter. You would either need to make an adapter that allows you to step up from 7mm hose to 12mm or just have the older cube style filter before the pump. The outlet on the fuel pump is 7mm so the newer style filter will work after the pump no problem. Before the pump you can have low pressure line, but after the pump you will need high pressure line.
